Biography

My current research interests revolve around Strategy (with a focus on Resource-based View, Strategic Entrepreneurship and Networks), Social Entrepreneurship, Collaboration and Public Private Partnerships. I am very much interested in supervising PhD students in these research areas. Other personal research interests include: New Public Management; and Higher Education.

I have been developing a strong international profile including all types of Fusion (the University's academic framework) with the latest action being my visit to Tecnologico de Monterrey, a prominent Mexican higher education institution in April 2014. I have also organised the track on Collaboration and Entrepreneurship as part of the 9th European Conference in Innovation and Entrepreneurship being held at Ulster University, Belfast in September 2014.

I am currently leader for the MBA Strategic Management module and have taught extensively units focusing in Strategy and Contemporary Management both at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels...
