Biography

Dr Mohamed Haffar (BSc, Pg DIP, MSc, PhD) is a Lecturer of human resources and organisational behaviour at Bournemouth Business School.

Before joining Bournemouth University Business School, Mohamed studied for a PhD in management at Brunel University. His research focuses on many issues including: organisational behaviour, human resource management, individual readiness for change, total quality management, organisational cultural and international marketing.

He has presented his work at prestigious peer-review academic conferences such as the British Academy of Management (BAM) conference. Mohamed has also served as a reviewer of papers for the European, Mediterranean & Middle Eastern conference on Information System (EMCIS). In addition, he has published many articles in peer-review academic journals.

Research

My current research focuses on the mediating role of the psychological mediators as mechanisms through which an organisation’s culture comes to have an impact on change implementation success.
