The individual sounding pieces constitute both artwork and musical instrument; being designed and expressly made in order to carry out the musical score. Each piece is essentially autonomous: possessing essential purpose – whether performing or silent. They are mechanical, electroacoustic, photoelectric sculptures that constitute real musical instruments that are able to be used for both acoustic and electroacoustic purposes
