In this paper, we study the non-blocking optimal control and scheduling problem of the multi-entry and multi-outlet serial production lines with finite buffers, and give state equation and optimal control, then give performance of production lines by using the row-difference monotonicity of matrix in the sense of max-algebra. In the end, we solve the optimal schedule problem of the systems.
