I am an educational specialist working in the National Centre for Post Qualifying Social Work, designing and delivering a range of continuing professional practice development programmes in heath and social care, e.g. 'Critical Thinking in Advanced Practice', 'Evidencing Professional Learning', 'Service Improvement'. I am author of the text 'Continuing Professional Development for Social Work', and the co-author of the texts 'Critical Thinking and Professional Judgement for Social Work' and 'Promoting Individual and Organisational Learning'. My professional and research interests focus on the nature and development of professional reasoning and judgement.
