Abstract:

Cards used for card sorting categorisation task. Software developers place each card according to the personal impact on their own work when a colleague exhibits the behaviour described on the card. Asking themselves "how does this affect ME?", they place the card in one fo the following categories: Bad. Noticeable impact.

Bad. Slight impact.

Neutral.

Good. Slight impact.

Good. Noticeable impact.
