Abstract:This report provides the findings of an evaluation of the Risk and Decision Making in Safeguarding Adults and Children pilot unit from a sample of key informants who have undertaken the unit between October 2021 and February 2022. Seeking to develop a robust and triangulated account of respondents experience of the unit, how this has developed since the pilot programme began and the impacts undertaking the unit has had on practice and the wider service.
