Doctoral School in Economics and Innovation is a partnership between University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn University, Estonian University of Life Sciences, Estonian Business School and Bank of Estonia in Eastern Europe. Professor Jens Holscher received an invitation to present a paper and to be a supportive economics' advisor providing feedback critique expertise to early researchers on their research projects, so enhancing research skills, enabling Estonia, a developing country, to achieve important connection opportunities for academic contacts with well-known leading international researchers. The Doctoral School of Estonia (an Eastern European country of only 1.3 Million population, global rank 156) is financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the institutional package measure for R&D institutions and higher education institutions (ASTRA).
