EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE MICROARRAY ANALYSIS FOR CLUSTERING AND CLASSIFICATION

Abstract:The article presented here focuses on issues, techniques, technology and various algorithms for efficient analysis and classification of data. An experiment of micro-array provides immense micro-array data as output, of which only a fraction amount is of use and can be differentially expressed. The genes of usage depend on image analysis, statistical data analysis, and oligo-nucleotide probe design. Till date, researchers have conducted enough work on micro-array data. Most popularly used platform for analyzing micro-array data is R/RStudio. This review article briefs about analyzing and comprehension of micro-array data. Besides comparing the various normalization techniques, the article also presents recent trends in the domain of microarrays. Emphasis has been laid on data clustering that are based on various techniques. Latest classification techniques along with a remedy to make it more effective have been discussed.
