I am a clinical and senior leader in the NHS, working within acute, community, mental health and learning disabilities settings. I am committed to lifelong learning and have a strong academic and exploratory drive which has enabled me to bring different perspectives and strategic thinking to some of the issues faced. Most recently, I have championed the benefits of collaborative working across organisational boundaries to deliver positive benefits and holistic patient care. Using data and insights, I am currently leading on improvements in care pathways to deliver outcomes for people with an aspiration to reduce inherent health inequalities.

My focus is on strategic thinking, combined with collaborative high trust leadership and my commitment is to create an empowered culture in which all colleagues strive to deliver safe, high quality, compassionate care every day. I am committed to enabling, facilitating, and empowering others to maximize their own potential through coaching, with a particular focus on future nurse leaders.
