Biography

Rachel is a demonstrator in Sport and Exercise Science within the department of Rehabilitation and Sport Sciences at Bournemouth University. She practises as a mixed-disciplines strength & conditioning coach, with experience in performance sport, exercise rehabilitation and behaviour change. Rachel graduated university with a First Class Sports & Exercise Science degree from Oxford Brookes University. Her current research interests are in applied biomechanics, rehabilitation, athlete welfare and biopsychosocial models of athlete support.
