Biography
Amy teaches film and TV production across various courses within The Media School and is a member of the Narrative, Culture and Community Research Centre.
Research
Amy is a part-time PhD student, researching popular culture and the US culture wars.
The aim of this research is to evaluate Amazon Prime's The Boys as a post-Watchmen text and how it modifies the traditional American superhero as a vehicle of political and cultural critique in a post-truth, digital media landscape.
