Abstract:Knowledge Management as concept has gained strategic importance over a period of time and is well accepted in enabling a high-performance work culture while organizations are likely to witness talent gap due to various reasons like, superannuation. KM efforts drive improved organization capability in establishing excellent situational awareness and consequently make the right decisions. The chapter is an attempt to discuss the factors affecting knowledge sharing in CPSEs. The chapter also makes an understanding of the role of knowledge sharing practices in creating a high-performance work culture in NLCIL and elaborates the role of knowledge sharing in creating high performance work culture. The chapter uses various forms qualitative approach mainly video analysis in achieving the chapter objectives and shares context analysis.
