Abstract:Over three years after the initial research concluded, this chapter will explore the changes that have occurred within the NHS Trust featured in our case study, where 11 current or former staff members tragically died by suicide between 2019 and 2021. It will also offer a summary of recommendations for other organisations on how to foster a supportive workplace following a staff suicide. Additionally, the chapter will provide guidance on how to adapt the frameworks and strategies outlined in this book for use in different organisations and industries.
