Abstract:

This chapter will bring the book to a close, applying Driscoll’s model of reflection. It will identify the “What”—those main golden nuggets within each chapter as the key learnings to provide the right environment that fosters teaching and learning in Higher Education. The chapter will then do the “So what” and analyse important points to consider. The last part of this chapter, the “Now what”, will invite the reader to take action in creating positive change and to inspire others within academia to champion wellbeing and flourishing as key enablers for a better world.
