Abstract:There have been several UK initiatives to promote renewable energy at local level but there has been little research carried out to investigate public perception of aspects of local renewable development. This research attempted to address this gap by evaluating the effectiveness of a local authorities to promote public participation in a community renewable energy feasibility study.
