Abstract:

ABSTRACT Online behavioural interventions have provided well articulated benefits both for those participating in the interventions and those conducting research using them. Efficacy has been demonstrated in interventions ranging from smoking cessation to weight loss, and digital interventions can provide mechanisms to capture engagement and behavior.
