Pop Up Art Exhibition, The Year of the Snake

Abstract:

Invited to take part in a group exhibition curated by Vanya Balogh. This one day pop up art exhibition featured over thirty artists including Tracy Emin and Gavin Turk. For this event I showed three films on a loop: an excerpt from Buoy edited specifically for this event (made at Poole Port with dancer/choreographer Cathy Seago), ‘Cutting’ (the first screening of a piece of creative documentation of a performance created at Loop festival, Barcelona 2012) and ‘Tiago’s Sequence’., Outside in Soho Chinese New Year celebrations were taking place, and inside this makeshift space a large audience came to view the mixture of installation, painting, video and sculpture.
