Biography
Dr. Fariha Zahid is a Lecturer in Leadership and Management at Bournemouth University with a PhD in Management from the Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, political skill, counterproductive work behaviors, creativity, and leadership. She has published in reputable journals such as the Journal of Management & Organization, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, and Australian Journal of Management, and contributed to the Handbook of Organizational Creativity.
