Abstract:

A casework based method of assessment was devised to examine the family dynamics of school phobic children. There was significant differences found between the family interaction of male and female school phobic children. The relationships were dichotomized along gender lines, that were broadly oedipal in nature. These findings and methodological problems were discussed
