• Excellence in Teaching in Higher Education - The Shannon Consortium, a collaborative alliance between UL, MIC, and LIT, aims to showcase and champion outstanding practice in higher education teaching from across the Shannon Region through the Shannon Consortium Regional Teaching Award process. Out of interested faculty from across the Consortium, six academics were ultimately shortlisted for this award. Being short-listed for the Regional Award is a considerable achievement.
