Abstract:

The Jisc Digital Capabilities Framework is a model designed to help individuals and institutions in education understand and develop the digital skills needed for academic, professional and everyday contexts. It outlines six key areas of digital capability: digital identity and wellbeing, information and data literacy, digital communication and collaboration, digital creation and problem-solving, digital learning and development, and ICT proficiency. The framework provides a structured approach to embedding digital skills into teaching, learning, and BU practices, supporting both staff and students in becoming confident, capable, and responsible digital users in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The poster explains how the 6 aspects of the framework were embedded in the PM units, giving one example of each.
