Fudges (Dorset Village) Bakery Limited partnered with Bournemouth University to undertake a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP). The aim of the project was to evaluate software for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and to implement integrated systems in conjunction with the development of a detailed marketing communications plan.
