Independent Panel Report into Impartiality of BBC Business Coverage

Abstract:The panel, commissioned by the BBC Trust, found that there was no systematic bias against business in the BBC's coverage. Its overall conclusion was that most of the BBC's business output met the required standards of impartiality. But the panel also said that it had seen a number of individual lapses and identified some trends which led to repeated breaches of the BBC's standards.
