Biography

Yumei Yang holds the position of Principal Academic in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour within the Faculty of Management at Bournemouth University. Concurrently, she serves as the Director for the MBA program.

Her primary research focus encompasses organizational routines, organizational learning, and technostress. Notably, her interest lies in examining the impact of organizational defensive routines on various aspects of organizational life, including organizational performance, knowledge management, and technology acceptance. During her doctoral studies, she successfully developed a widely utilized scale for measuring organizational defensive routines, contributing significantly to the field.
