Biography

Helena is a Principal Academic in Adult Nursing at Bournemouth University in England. She has a keen interest in patient safety studies and has been conducting research in the field for several years. Her research focuses on ensuring the safety of patients and improving patient safety education. Helena is also an expert in systematic reviews using Joanna Briggs Methodology (JBI) and the use of Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations (GRADE). Her proficiency in these research methods has helped her produce several high-quality research papers and publications.

Aside from her research work, Helena is also an outstanding lecturer. She teaches research methods, literature reviews, patient safety, and quality to undergraduate BSc students at Bournemouth University. Her teaching style is highly engaging and interactive, which has helped her students develop a deep understanding of the subject matter.
