Biography

Dr. Shiva Ilkhanizadeh obtained her Ph.D. (2017) from Eastern Mediterranean University, TRNC, where she studied Tourism Management. Shiva earned a master's degree in Tourism and hospitality management (2011) from Lulea University of Technology (Sweden), and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Strathclyde University (2008) UK. Her background includes outstanding teacher experience and instructing first -through four-year undergraduate and postgraduate students to stimulate information interest and retention while invigorating classes through new technologies and teaching techniques. Her research interests are human resource practices, Leadership, Corporate social responsibility, and organizational behavior. She has authored and co-authored several papers in leading international journals with several conference contributions.
