Biography
Steve is a Principal Academic in Tourism Management, and currently delivers units on tourism development and planning, destination management, visitor attraction management and tourism operations. He has over ten years consultancy experience which has encompassed development projects, policy reviews and evaluations, market appraisals, environmental impact assessments, and social and economic assessments. He is an emerging thought leader in visitor attraction management, having published articles and conducted a number of projects in this area. Examples include:
