Biography
Dr. Vincent Marmion is a Lecturer in Leadership and Change at the Bournemouth University Business School. He holds a PhD in Complex Systems and Data Disclosure Decisions from the University of Southampton. His research, which employs simulation methods, provides valuable insights into organisational dynamics and data management.
Dr. Marmion also holds a Master's degree in Complex Systems, an MA in Human Resource Management, and a BSc in Human-Computer Interaction. His academic journey reflects a strong foundation in understanding the intersections between technology, people, and systems, which he brings into his teaching.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Marmion is passionate about sports coaching. He manages and coaches a women's national league team, applying principles of leadership and teamwork in a practical setting. This experience enhances his ability to offer students a comprehensive view of leadership in diverse environments. Dr. Marmion is also the founder of FIRMITUDE CIO, a charity dedicated to empowering women and fostering community support... This initiative underscores his commitment to social impact and equity, values that he encourages in his students.
